Strongly advise against Rebrandly. It's not possible to delete an account. If you want to do so, you have to write a message to them but they don't respond.

You've overwritten the cmd + R shortcut to refresh my page. I don't have time to figure out how to change it and I use that shortcut all the time to refresh my browser. Uninstalling.

Doesn't work at all and makes you verify a captcha every single time you use it. Pathetic.

The shortened url expired after a month - I provided the link to family at Thanksgiving; it expired before Christmas. What use is that to me?

It is so irritating to have your advertisement popping up on my browser. I swear I will NEVER buy any of your products, and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW not to do so.

its intrusive and there are better out there, invaded my gmail its out of my life and off chrome use googles

I have paid but I have not received the service I have paid. The app itself is very unfriendly. I am amazed by the many good reviews

Every single time i click on the extension for creating a rebranded link, it automatically creates one for the website tab opened and fills my list with SO MUCH SPAM

New update no longer allows you to customize the automated slashtag which is incredibly inconvenient. Making many links every day this doubles the time it takes to create the link as now I either need to edit the link myself or go to the main dashboard on a separate page to create a new link.

itit takes over and won't let you get back to the page where you had your list of links and only one link at a time would take forever!!! nobody available to help...so plugging away trying to figure it out since it is supposed to be the best link shortener

Customer Service is not helpful. They automated the importing links and was not helpful. The process is way longer than the usual and most importantly not working! Not a happy client. People managing the chat room needs to know that not all of their clients are in the same time zone and every urgent requests needs to be addressed. Sorry but I will not recommend.

This thing is a virus, after it keeps trying to get added on as an extension, probably harmful, keep away at all costs.

They removed the UTM builder from this extension in the latest update, making it pretty much worthless. Bring back the UTM builder and I would happily rate higher.

Really sad to write this review. I love the product, however, for some reason google.com does not work when I have this installed! I know this is the issue because the second I installed this, google.com stopped loading. Then, I un-installed it and google.com was working. I tried re-installing it, and now it's not working again! I'm so sad. Otherwise, this extension was a lifesaver. I'm really disappointed. Please help, Rebrandly. I would really like this issue fixed.

too slow

Was under the impression I would be able to rebrand my personal website's links into new ones (from how I read description). Apparently have to register with rebrandly and attach another domain. Decided to delete my acc and found out I have to send an e-mail and go through a whole process now. Great idea, but maybe the description could be more accurate about their services?

The google chrome extension works OK. I have an account with Rebrandly. I have domains registered with them and I would like to be able to use those from the link. I would also like to rebrand from the extension rather than going into the program to fix the new link. It still needs a lot of work but I do love having my own domains. The new Desktop APP is terrible. In dings and creates 4 or 5 links to the same URL. It doesn't open up the first time and ask for you to set it up or have you log into your account. It's a great idea that is designed horibly. I had to uninstall it. sad. I'll try again when it is upgraded to see if it has been sufficiently improved.

Please add the possibility of copying the shortened URL to clipboard without showing the extension every time I do so. Otherwise, it works great.

Reedback: if you're going to cover my page with a popup for automatic link detection, for heaven's sake at least make the think closable. Disabled.

It worked great, but no longer allows me to login. It just gets stuck in a loop and it seems like they put a robots.txt in the login directory, preventing it from being reached.

Rebrandly is super userful with chrome extension but if they can provide really short url. That means Rebrandly.com is a bit longer for short url. And another issue is sometimes it didn't generate new url and it shows the existing one. I'm not sure is this one of marketing strategy or something else.

An okay plugin. Makes branded links. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I like very much what this extension is going for, but for whatever reason it does not detect that I am logged in, and therefore will not allow me to brand posted links on Facebook while in Facebook because it keeps prompting me to login or create an account. Clicking on the "login" button just takes me to my Rebrandly Chrome Extension options page, showing me logged in. Yes, I've tried refreshing the page. It just doesn't detect it.

This extension somehow broke YouTube comments. It would create a duplicate comment box when making/editing comments, and when removing the element using the inspector, it would just replace it. Very annoying, until that's fixed, I will keep this disabled till either I need it again, or this is fixed.

Would be so much better if you could set up what you wanted to use at the short url and then just hit the button and it copy and pasted instead of a pop up box that you have to click out of
