Recently stopped working well. All of the icons are blank.

The developer is suspected of obtaining user data by this extension. Maybe remove it ASAP and await further investigation results.

This extension is functionally excellent and very easy to use. However, the developer claims not to collect or use user data. That said, judging from the URL, it appears to be associated with Baidu, so it's safer to assume that data collection is taking place. I have removed this extension.

Loved this app but I'm uninstalling now because it started to add notifications/ads.

Extension updated today, and I lost all my bookmarks

Please check your URL's as I found this program changing mine after a time. I set up a custom login for Amazon that was working fine for a long while, as was my Microsoft link. Today I discovered that the URL's had been replaced with redirected URLs to what appear to be fake websites. My adblocker caught these before going to the webpage initially and after clicking through the these URLs they were clearly not Amazon nor Microsoft. Do not trust this extension.

Preprogrammed shopping sites use affiliate codes. Use custom link and put direct URL to circumvent.

The extension deleted all my settings and custom icons. Because of this I won't be using it anymore. Just installed "Superstart New Tab Page" and I'm loving it so far.

Was really good for some years, but makes Opera GX crash actually. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Icons gone

Using it for years and loved it. But for few days backup and manual backup isn't working. Also, when I try to change the icons from local machine or, try to remove any icon; It doesn't work at all. Please fix it.

All my custom images of icons are gone for no reason and I can't upload a new one or restore the old images

So yeah, I do like the interface and flexibility of the configurations. HOWEVER.... When adding some of the pre-built links/sites, the URLs are not configured to go directly to those sites. They are bouncing off of a 3rd party site first (sovrn.co), then transparently redirecting to the intended site. Could be legit, but it's definitely a big red flag, that could potentially be contradictory to the declared privacy policy. At the very least, if you insist on using this, I would recommend against using the pre-built links, and create your own from scratch.

Please give an option to remove the notification about your new feature: "New Feature Release! GPT-4 Chat + MidJournal...." I use this extension only for the minimalistic look.

This NTP app provides a search bar and shortcuts to common sites; like Amazon, eBay, etc. But, when you use this app and click those links it first sends tracking information before redirecting you to the site you clicked the shortcut for. Uninstalled.

Problem. When I launch Chrome or a new tab, it shows a blank page, no theme background, and no speed dial icons. Browser version 110.0.5481.104 (64-bit)

I've been using it for years, it was great until it crashed last month and now it takes ages to load. Hope it gets fixed.

This extension will report any of my visits(including params and urls) to Google Analytics and no options to close. 20220910 Update: Click backgound page from chrome://extensions/ and switch to Network tab, then use your Infinity, you will know that. Btw this is declared on the term of use page, so i chose uninstall it.

not enough customization, would be nice if I could add images to the google bar.

only allows Bing for searches. no option to change search provider. overwrites background from Themes with no option to turn it off.

Syncing failed - Try again later! Sync function does not work which is the whole reason why I decided to use it and I later found out they have an extremely poor history of security, tracking, and malware.

Lately most of features aren't working. Backups don't work,neither does adding any websites unless its custom. Avoid until its fixed

this extension changes the links I set for sites like amazon to their own custom one to get ad revenue - for example I set amazon.com and whenever I log back in it is changed to infinitynewtab.com/amazon and the link gets blocked by my adblocker - I am not OK with this and you should not be either

I thought this was the perfect extension at first. It was clean, simple, and fast. Then I found out that adding an Amazon link to my new tab page doesn't just use the simple Amazon URL. It uses the developers Amazon affiliate link so they take a cut if I eventually decide to buy something after visiting via the link. Even if I edit the URL manually, it eventually reverts back to the affiliate link. Ok, I get it... dev wants revenue. However, they crossed the line when they automatically changed the URL of a link I manually created to their affiliate link. This is very shady and I in no way support this. It's not like they suggested a product to me or anything. All they did was hold the door open for me when I entered the store and expected a commission.

🚨It could be an awesome extension if they didn't send a lot of Google Chrome data to China! Maybe they are stealing browser e information. I'd love an explanation about that!

It could've been a good interface but the sign up is so tedious I had to contact support multiple times and the issue was not solved. It looked promising, but not as easy to use as Momentum or other apps.

I've been a long fan of this extension but suddenly if keeps on removing the links that I added on the tab and it is tedious to do it over and over. And the backup doesn't work as well.

I signed up for an account, now can't login. I can't login to the website to delete my data either.

This is my second time around after they were hacked last year or so. Now it hijacks my facebook and amazon links even after I change them back. It's sad but I will have to uninstall and won't be back for a third round, my trust is blown.

DO NOT USE. Changes Facebook links to an outside link which redirects back to Facebook. Even if you manually change the URL back to Facebook in the newtab page it will change back eventually. IDK if it's for tracking or what but it's shady.

Love the functionality. Hate the security issues. Latest version is either hacked (again) or injecting ad links into bookmarks.

It changes the facebook link everytime. Why?
