NotifyMe for Zendesk

App randomly turned paid. It was always free. The pricing is way too high and turning the app paid without pre-warning is utter nonsense. Uninstalled it, turned 5 star review into 1 star and cannot recommend it anymore. A shame.

This is useless because everytime you refresh it turns off and you have to log back in again for it to work. HELLO! Its zendesk, I have to refresh often to see the new tickets that you are supposed to be alerting me about. Now how can you alert me if I don't refresh and if I refresh you won't alert me....

It shows the number of open tickets on the icon, but never shows anything in the pop-up window other than the login. Doesn't seem to work.

It didn't really work. It would keep turning off if I went to a different tab and then a new ticket would come in and it would make no noise or notification at all. It worked maybe 10% of the time on my mac.

This extension is great, but only 3 stars because I can´t select more than one view simultaneously. Hope you update it and so this extesion will be super great!!! Thansks!

The extensión only works with the 1st View that you have on Zendesk, the hability to select a different View stopped working a few months ago and there's no update yet! It would be awesome to have it working again as it really helps to choose what View you want to monitor. Thank you!! PS: It goes to 3 stars since It's not usefull to me anymore :(

Doesn't seem to notify you though with a popup. Am I missing something?

It's really helpful, however i wish if i can choose more than one view for the notification to work!
