There is NO reason this should be an app. It is just a website. WORTHLESS!

Each time I run a test my Chrome browser freezes and/or crashes. I have Google Fiber and Gigabit speeds on any other speedtest website. The website gives good information with a few grammatical hiccups but I don't know if the test is up to par with other major speedtest sites.

I'm not turning off AdBlocker. Big red flag.

swerve it... I have a 150mbs internet connection, after several tests the result was that I had an 11mbs dl speed. I downloaded an app on to my droid smart phone that clocked me at 153.4mbs dl speed. Garbage...

Another Com Cast AD post test, takes up entire page. Now, get off my PC!

App doesn't open, only takes me to a German page with lots of ads. Don't bother.

I'm sorry but I immediately became suspicious when they insisted I disable Ad-Blocker when using their unit and when running their test. I feel they might be needing the revenue from having their BS on my page. Not on my watch. My Computer, My Terms...

upload speed is completely inaccurate. It must be measuring how fast the app can write data to the OS, but that doesn't mean it reached the destination. There's no way i have 3+ Gbps upload speed.

I just got T-Mobile Internet, I wanted to see how fast it is and found this one from Google. The upload speed is way off showing over 5,000 Mbps, hopefully the engineers read this and correct it. It should show around 200 to 300 Download and 80 to 100 for upload. Please fix it.

It worked ok for a basic test but did not show packet loss, that was all I wanted to see so thanks anyways.

This test is just like OCKLA? tests. Always shows very high speeds. It is totally inaccurate as is OCKLA?? tests. EVERY other test shows me with download speeds at sub 5 and usually sub one mb speeds. This one showed me at 67mbs and 77mbps for uploads totally impossible with my 5 mbps upload limit. My company (Brighthouse/Time Warner Cable.has been throttling my connection. It is supposed to be a 90mbs connection, but has never actually achieved that, even on ethernet ( I have a gigabit card) But that is only for the first minute or two, depending on the time of day. If I am watching the download speeds onscreen using my I/O speeds, I can see it suddenly go from the 70mbps range, all the way down to sub 5mbps and many times, sub 1mbps. And that is with nothing open. My computer says downloads coming into my computer are about the same as all the other accurate speed tests show.

Easy to install and use on any website. Download speed results appear accurate, but upload speed is incorrect. I'm using a 1Gb service and it tells me I have a 766Mb download speed and a 9,243Mb upload speed. That's over 9-times the rating for the service!

The upload must be an error no way its >10x more than my download. Missing server selection option like OOKLA / speakeasy....

I loved that it stated the ping and jitter as well as the upload and the download! The only thing I have against the extension is that I have to press start after I already clicked on the extension and then wait (1-2 seconds) for the start screen to fade to the speed test screen finally. I think the start screen is redundant I would love it if it were possible to omit it its fine if it takes a moment to start up. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVED IT! I'm willing to 5 star this review if this is addressed

No ping latency test. No way to select remote server.

Downloaded and used it twice within 2 minutes. Upload speed was same however download speed had dropped 6 times lower when I am not using any gadget!Is it reliable?
